Datagram Peering Policy |
Datagram delivers media rich content generated from hosting services and also supports a large on-net customer base consisting of enterprise business as well as residential end users. Datagram will peer publicly with networks that are connected to one or more exchange points in common within any region. If you require a more formal agreement, please contact us. Peer Criteria
Must have a valid ASN.
Terms Datagram reserves the right to terminate any peering relationship at will for any violation to the above policies or in accordance with the contract terms, if applicable. Datagram reserves the right to modify any of our policies without notice. Private Peering Datagram will peer with any company in a Private Peering arrangement where traffic
exchanged meets mutually agreed levels and ratios. Private Peering will be maintained only
while the traffic levels and ratios remain economically justified for Datagram. All Private
Peers will meet the criteria defined above and agrees that the bandwidth of the Private Peering
connection will be determined by current and periodic (6 month) reviews of traffic exchanged.
Private Peering will be done on a negotiated basis with location and cost as agreed to by both parties.
